Berikut ini adalah hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan pada saat kita menerima reservasi

1. Nama Tamu
Guest Name
Kita perlu tahu nama tamu terlebih dahulu, dan ini akan mempermudah kita untuk menjalin hubungan dengan tamu, dengan cara kita menyebutkan nama tamu pada saat menyapa tamu
We need to know guest name so that we can closely in touch with the guest by mentioning their name
2. Nomor Telephone/ Contact
Guest Phone Contact
Pastikan bahwa kita mendapati nomor telfon tamu, ketika kita bisa menghubungi tamu maka kita akan dengan mudah melakukan follow up ( misalkan meminta guaranteed )
Make sure that we have the guest's phone number so that we contact the guest if we need something ( eq. Asking guaranteed )
3. Memastikan kamar tersedia
Make sure the room available
Untuk memastikan kamar tersedia ada 2 faktor yang harus kita check
To make sure the room request was available, there is two things we need to check
Pertama adalah menanyakan periode stay tamu untuk menginap, supaya kita bisa memastikan bahwa kamar tersedia untuk tanggal yang diminta
We need to know the guest's period of stay, to make sure that the room request was available on the date request
Kedua adalah tipe kamar, jenis kamar kita yg tersedia apa saja dan coba pastikan di dalam system
The second thing was the room type, please check based on the room type in the system
Ketiga adalah tipe bed, setelah kota mengetahui tipe kamar selanjutnya ada memeriksa tipe bed yang ada
The third was the type of bed after we know the type of room then we need to know about the type of bed
4. Metode Pembayaran
Method of payment
Pastikan dengan tamu mengenai pembayarannya akan ditagihkan atau dibayarkan okeh siapa
Please ask the guest the method of payment will be paid by whom

Berikut ini adalah info tambahan yg bisa kita siapkan untuk mendukung data reservasi terutama pada saat pemeriksaan nantinya

6. Ulangi kembali reservasinya
Reconfirm the reservation
Setelah semua dicatat maka ulangi kembali reservasi dibacakan semua supaya tamu tahu bahwa reservasinya audah sesuai
After we take note of the reservation then we need to read all of the reservation to the guest to reconfirm that everything was clear

Special note
Ketika reservasi sudah selesai dibuatkan maka kita wajib untuk melakukan double check, pastikan datanya yg disystem SAMA dengan data di koresponden baru boleh di filling
When reservation already input into system then we need to do double check, make sure the data in system and correspondence was match then we can file it
